Hiring schedule

Business hearing

We carefully conduct consultations with the client companies to understand their hiring background, job openings, desired candidate profiles, working conditions, and corporate culture. Based on this information, we achieve optimal talent matching.

To prevent mismatches, we maintain close information sharing with client companies and provide proposals tailored precisely to their needs.

Application screening

The resumes of candidates sent from U-Match will be screened by the client company. Candidates who pass the document screening will proceed to an online interview with the client company.

Online interview

We will coordinate the interview schedule based on the availability of both the client company and the candidate. The interview will be conducted online on the scheduled day.
If necessary, we can arrange for an interpreter to attend the interview.

Japan arrival preparation

After the job offer is finalized, a memorandum outlining the process and costs until arrival in Japan will be signed among the three parties.
We provide support for preparing the necessary documents and procedures for applying for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and obtaining a work visa.
We assist companies by handling the complex procedures on their behalf, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Pre-arrival on-site training

Depending on the hiring requirements of the client company, practical training (on-site training) may be conducted locally before coming to Japan.
During this period, candidates will learn the basics of the job and acquire the necessary skills to ensure a smooth start after arrival in Japan.

Arrival and transfer services

On the day of arrival in Japan, we provide pick-up services from the arrival airport. We coordinate with local staff to ensure a safe and smooth entry and transportation, even for first-time visitors to Japan.

Retention support

After joining the company, we provide long-term support through regular meetings and consultations to ensure foreign workers can continue working with peace of mind.
